Rense is a good resource, and I value it's existence, but I notice more and more lately that Rense headlines are frequently relabelled with incredibly
negative spin, mostly about anything Obama related. eg. a story about US soldiers killed in Afghanistan get's relabelled "Obama kills x-number
soldiers in His Afghan war", "Obama Kills 16 US soldiers in Afghan Chopper crash"
These aren't the original titles of the articles, just Rense's intent to give us his mindset before we read it.
I can understand that he doesn't like Obama, fine. I don't particularly either, but Obama didn't start that war, and it is just absolutely ridiculous to blame him personally for a chopper that probably may have crashed whether it was in the US or Afghanistan.
But then seeing such sensationalist spin spread to other stories, eg. the article on the police woman who shot the Fort Hood shooter, relabelled for Rense as, "Fort Hood Slaughter Grist for Feminist Mill"...
I mean what kind of sick paranoia is that?
I'm all for free speech, and allowing everyone their own view, and I understand that Mr Rense will change headlines from their original title as way of explaining his reason for posting the link in the first place, but there has to be some level of frothing mad to be so, so, negative.
It just seems like manipulative spin as bad any propaganderist in history.
There's no need to change the content of Rense, but when titling the links, how about calming down a bit first?
Find some balance?
